Christmas Kiddie Pics!!!

Since we were sick on Christmas Eve, we weren't able to make to church that night so the kiddies couldn't wear their special Christmas outfits. Bummer! So I wanted to get their pics in their outfits anyway!

Callia's First Snow Play!!!

Callia takes her very first steps into the snow!
She likes it!
She doesn't like it so much though when she falls and can't get back up!
Time for some drive way sledding!
Callia was enjoying herself until they got to the bottom and the snow started spraying up in her face!
A face full of snow! Poor baby!
Much better this time!

Snow Fun!!!

Well, we survived the Blizzard of 2012! Ha ha! Cohen was a big "help" to Daddy as he shoveled off the driveway!
Love the look on Cohen's face! He looks like he's in pain, but nope, he's just making a snow angel! :-)
When I told Cohen that his great-grandmas used to make icecream out of snow he didn't believe me, and said eating snow was yucky! But after Sam got him to try it, Cohen was hooked! We couldn't keep him away from it!
Well, it's a little hard to see, but here's the tiny little snowman that Sam and Cohen built!
And last but not least, a little bit of sledding! We discovered the one and ONLY good thing about having a super steep driveway...it's the perfect sledding hill for Cohen! He had a blast! And Daddy was such a good sport for playing with Cohen the day after having the stomach flu!
And of course, Cohen's one and only sledding injury didn't come from a sled fall, but from Daddy whacking him in the head with his knee! Poor kid!

Merry Christmas!!!

Well, we had a bit of a rough Christmas this year. Callia came down with the stomach flu on Sunday, I got it on Christmas eve, and then Sam got it Christmas day. Ugh! The kids still had a blast opening their gifts Christmas morning! We were supposed to go to my parents' house later that morning, but I still wasn't feeling all that well and Sam was just starting to feel bad. So there'll be more pics to come when we celebrate with my family this Friday!
The unwrapping begins!
Callia is the MOST proficient 18 month old gift unwrapper I have EVER seen! After opening her very first gift, she went on a rampage after that. She opened all of her gifts, my gifts, Sam's gifts and then screamed in rage when we wouldn't allow her to open Cohen's gifts! Ha ha! And unfortunately, later that day when I went upstairs for a bit, I came back down to find that she had opened the majority of the gifts that are to go to my family too! Guess I'll be re-wrapping those!
Loving his Hot Wheels racing track (that Mommy went out at 1:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving night to fight for at Target! Ha ha!)
The only thing Cohen asked Santa for was Rip Clutchgoneski (a Disney Cars 2 character.) Every present he opened, Cohen would say, "I hope this is Rip Clutchgoneski!"  He was VERY relieved when he finally opened him!
Callia LOVES her climber and slide!
